Bank Select for non-matched Bank Codes

After Digging a bit deeper I found that on of the options under Options > Banklist Forms was not set to {Request} made the change and Bingo back to normal.

We have been a long time PrintBoss user and recently ran into an issue where the are receiving the following error:
++++++++++ MESSAGE +++++++++++++++++++
The bank code passed by the host accounting package, "CPI Bank 1" does not match any of the bank codes in the print boss bank list. Please select on form the list below, or else select "Cancel" and no bank information will be included with the document.
If the bottom right check box is checked and you select a bank, the bank code for the selected bank will be updated with "CPI Bank 1"

I'm sure this is an option or setting that was accidentally changed somewhere. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
