Yes, but it must be the Form that is called automatically when printing from QuickBooks. You would need to comment all script lines on the Footer and RunTime Objects tabs except the signature commands. Use a pipe symbol | at the beginning of the line to comment the line.

We DO NOT recommend this method as it can be difficult if you are not comfortable working with code.

OK, thanks Paula. Is there a way to modify one of the Forms that begins with "QB" to just print a signature on a check?

Thank you for your post. The Select edition of PrintBoss does not use Blank01. It only uses the Forms that begin with QB or Unknown. NOTE: Unknown does not print. The Form names must exactly match those that are already in the Forms list and that are used with either the US or Canadian versions of QuickBooks.

Hello,

I'm trying to have Print Boss apply a signature to checks we print through Quickbooks 2016 (PB version is 6.01.5)

I tried creating a new form and adding just a signature in with the "footer options" section but the signature doesn't actually print. We have checks we use from the bank so the rest of the information doesn't need to be printed, just the signature.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Many thanks
