Locking the Form/Bank Requst List

Good afternoon,
I am wondering if there is a way to lock the Bank Request List. We multiple users (some new to the software) accessing the software, and suddenly it has become an issue that the forms are being changed without notice, causing large runs of checks to be printed in the wrong format. While we are addressing this from a training standpoint, I would like to set a lock or permission as a precautionary measure.
