A three checks to a page format for Quickbooks Premier Canadian Verison is not part of our standard form distribution. We can create one for you as a custom form. The cost would be $400 for the Custom Form plus $100 for the Form/Bank Request List

I'm using Quickbooks Premier Canadian Version and cannot print 3 checks to a page.
