Maria, sorry to hear you had trouble getting through to Service. Our records show we left voice mail messages for you both 5/18 and 5/24 around 1:15pm. And then later on 5/24 solved the issue around 4:00pm. You are always welcome to send an email or enter an online service request. With the service request you are automatically and immediately entered into the Service queue for a call back.

Hi I have been trying to get support for a week now called left voicemails and not getting any call back ...
Is anyone else having the same issue....

I normally do not have any problem but it is weird this is going on...

For the fastest phone support, submit a support ticket online
We run a queue system and the next available representative will call you back.
To receive phone support, an annual service contract is needed.
You can order an annual service contract here.
We are available from 8:30am — 5:00pm Central Time M-F except National Holidays.
