Hello! Yes, you can just install it and Publish PrintBoss in a Terminal Services environment. The one caveat is PrintBoss needs a printer available before it can open. As a result, the published app needs to be set to load the printers before PrintBoss opens. The newer versions of Citrix and Terminal Services have moved this feature. I have not seen it, but one of our client’s shared that Terminal Services, 7.1, places this feature under Policies. The policy is called 'Wait for Printers to be created'. This policy is NOT selected by default.

If you cannot find this policy, then you can increases the ‘Printer Settle Time’ on the PrintBoss Driver Settings window under the Options menu. Since this value in in milliseconds, you may need to enter a larger value such as 1000.

Hello, We are interested in Printboss for Sage 300 CRE in a terminal services environment. What are the system requirements, and is this a supported configuration? We are looking to install this on our Server 2016 Terminal Server and was wondering if you have any updated documentation for that version?

Can we just install it and publish and call it good or are there any small tricks/changes we need to make?

I hope you can help me find something more out.
