Only PARTIAL check prints from quickbooks Messages in this topic - RSS

View the documents in PrintBoss. Go to File, Open Document Work File. Browse the check form and then View. Does the document show in full?
If so, reset the printer itself. If not, check the originating document in the ACCOUNTING software.

Yes Curious part is that it prints the TOP have (stub) w/all right info. Its ONLY the check info that does not print

Until about a week before I took over the IT of the system one particular PC (windows 7 & quickbooks) printed checks just fine.
NOW when that computer prints to printboss the TOP part of the check (date & misc info) prints fine.
The actual check itself Does NOT. print.
If I print to a standard NON printboss laserjet it works fine.
Any ideas?
