Did you move PrintBoss to a new location? And did you run the Workstation\Printer Driver install from each user PC to the new location of PrintBoss?

So, we upgraded one of our file servers and everything i think i ok. printboss is not working ok though. The permission to the new share folder are good, and i even ran the setup file again and not luck!
below is the permissions screen and then the error message. FYI, the field is checked.
