There is tracking feature in PrintBoss for Signature Disk usage. You enable the feature from the Security Settings\General Settings tab. Once enabled, the log can be viewed from the PrintBoss\Utilities\SigDisk Usage Log screen. You can also print a report based on your criteria. The criteria for the report can include:
Individual or a range of check Recipients
Individual or a range of document numbers
Amount of the check
Operator*
Workstation*
Signature File Name*
Form Name*
*These options can be wildcard-ed.

My client wants to purchase 2 signature keys. Both would have the same signature. Two individuals in the company would each have one so that if one is out checks can still be printed. The catch is that they want to record/track which signature key was used when. Is this possible? I have suggested have one key and both users have a access/key to where ever it is stored and use that in combination with batch approval and tracking. Do you have any other suggestions? What else do you see out in the field?
