Hello Support, we were speaking yesterday about getting Printboss to react from a task running on a Windows Task Schedule. Well, I got it to work. Printboss needs to be loaded on a separate task prior to the task that needs it and it needs to use the parameters in the screen shot below. The Printboss task will always show as running, but that is not an issue. As a test I have a task at the client that has been reprinting the same invoice from SYSRPO to Printboss every 10 minutes since last night. Been working like a charm!! Security options Run whether user is logged on or not Do not store password. The task will only have access to local computer resources Run with highest privileges edited by Nancy on 11/12/2020

Hello,
I have a scheduled process running within the Windows Task Manager on a Windows server 2008 R2 machine. The process runs a batch invoice print job from the ERP (SYSPRO). This directs the invoice print job to Printboss. The form being triggered is setup to email only. This process works seamlessly when I initiate the task manually (disabled all pauses). However, when the process runs on the schedule no emails are sent. The job logging on within the ERP shows that the batch invoicing did process. When I log onto the server and launch Printboss, the batch starts processing immediately, without me doing anything. Seems that the transfer file is being created but Printboss is not activating to process it. My last attempt to work around this was to add Printboss to the Windows task as a secondary event, launching after the ERP has completed its invoice print job. Still the same result. I have to log onto the server and open Printboss for the batch to start processing. Any thoughts to get Printboss to react when used in a Windows Task?
