How to remove text from a document will depend on whether the text originates with the document or if it is added by PrintBoss. In most instances, amounts are formated and passed to PrintBoss and therefore should be changed in the accounting software report. Alternatively, PrintBoss can mask or not print text if it captured. For example «{StrTran:÷{DocAmnt}÷, '**', ''}» replaces ** with spaces. Let us know what accounting software you are using and we can be more specific.

Dear Sir or Madam,
My client, has a user that when they print checks from Accpac, PrintBoss does not pop up automatically. She has to manually open Print Boss before it will print. How do I fix this?
If the client is using the PrintBoss NT40 driver, run the setup program to reload the driver. This action will reactivate the PB32Stub program as an automatic process.
