Cloud9 is a hosting service. Typically, they host QuickBooks clients and they are willing to host PrintBoss as well. They use a terminal services product called TS Print to map the User's local Windows Default printer to the session. Typically, PrintBoss is installed on the Cloud9 server. The PrintBoss default printer should be set to TS Print.
