Another option you may want to consider, is InStaff.
With InStaff, you could make your employees’ paystubs viewable for them online. Instead of emailing them InStaff allows you make your employee paystubs available on an employee self service portal. They can take your existing paystub PDFs generated from Sage 300 and make them viewable online for each employee. They also let you choose when the paystubs get published with their scheduled posts. It's safe, secure and affordable.

A. There will be 200 files.
2. since we are emailing them out, will it retain all of the emails for each individual?
A. With the Enterprise edition of PrintBoss you can automatically Archive documents (the paystub), using variables such as {DocRecip} (the payee) in the path name.
There is no option to delay sending the email based on a date/time.

thanks for this. I also want to do the same but have a couple of questions: if we have say 200 cheques that need to be emailed out:
1. will the work file be 1 file OR 200 files?
2. since we are emailing them out, will it retain all of the emails for each individual?
it would be nice if there was an option to delay based upon a particular date/time.

You are correct. The solution is to set the email copy to batch and process the email copy from the work file later. Be careful not to print another check batch to the same PrintBoss Form before the email copy is processed or it will overwrite the work file. The solution for this is to set the Auto-Archiving feature on the Settings tab of the form to a '...Completed Records' selection from the drop down menu.

Hello, Is there a way to delay the email to employees with the attached pay stubs. We want to be able to process payroll and then have the advices get emailed out a few days later when the eft file actually hits the bank. I saw a similar thread where they needed to export the batch copy into another machine because the server didn't connect to the internet, but wanted to know if there was an easier solution.
Is the solution as easy as setting the email copy to batch, and then going into the workfiles later to print/email them all at once?
