Patricia, try copying down the PrintBoss setup program from the website to your desk top. Then run it, using the UNC path to the PrintBoss folder. This will often times work when the mapped drive is not being recognized. The setup program can be accessed from QuickLinks\downloads on the right-hand side of the page.

I want to upgrade my PB version but I cannot even see the license and version validation page.
I ran PB32.Exe O:\PrntBoss\pb32.exe. However, it says that the program doesn't exists.
I have attached the message.
