Unable to Open Form File

Received an error that Print Boss could not open the RegList file. Got a timely response and the technician (Brian) resolved my issue. My experience with Wellspring Software was great. Keep up the good work.

Possible issues could be:
· the file is held open from someone else;
· the file is held open by a virus scanner;
· the file doesn’t exist or it is corrupt.
If you can open the form in the Editor, PrintBoss would give a specific error.
If the issue is a virus scanner, there is a work-around on the PrintBoss\Options\Configuration\Legacy tab to have PrintBoss wait for the virus scanning to finish before requesting the file.

Receiving Warning, error: Unable to open form file C\PrintBoss\Forms\DC_PMSTD" for preread. What does this mean?
