The ability to create multiple documents in different formats is a standard feature of PrintBoss.

The Invoice form for Adagio in PrintBoss is called QIw_inv3.pbf. To create multiple copies, you edit this form, and increase the number of copies by 1. Then you designate a copy type for each copy. In your case you would have a printed copy and an email copy. Once the form has been modified, you then setup the E-mail function in PrintBoss. Lastly, you decide how to transmit the e-mail addresses from Adagio to PrintBoss. This can be done by either placing the e-mail address on the Adagio report so PrintBoss can read it and use it to process an e-mail (it can then be blanked from the final document if you want). Alternatively, you can use the PrintBoss Payee List feature to match vendors and their email address while PrintBoss process the document.

Hello,

We are trying the Printboss software. We are using the Adagio accounting software, our main goal is to use printboss to Print a copy of the invoice and email a copy to the customer at the same time. How do we go about doing this. If this works for us, we will be purchasing the full version.
