Check Print Preview is Blank - can't seem to print

I'm having the same problem- I get an "Unknown" work file. Print preview is blank, as if Printboss isn't "connecting" to my QBO bank account. I've tried Chrome, Explorer and Firefox with no change.
The Installation Notes link you reference goes to printer set up, but that's not the issue here. edited by janineberrong on 2/9/2017 |
