10/18/2013 Topic: Cannot open the PDF via smart phone DuraTech	We have had some reports that some recipients cannot open the Print Boss created PDF on their smart phone. PDFs created by other software do work on their smart phone and the PB PDF works on their desktop viewer. Could it be the PDF Verison (1.4)?

7/13/2017 Topic: DocRecip fails (Evaluation Error) on some values DuraTech	I am attempting to create a "stripped" DocRecip without commas but the StrTran command wasn't working, so I tried just the DocRecip by itself. (ie '{DocRecip}' ) I've only tested on two customer one is a one word customer (ie Market) and it works. The second customer is multiple words with 'special' characters (ie Mark's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. ) It always fails. Is there something I'm missing? 7/13/2017 Topic: DocRecip fails (Evaluation Error) on some values DuraTech	I was able to kind of get it to work, but it truncates the vendor name to Mark's Heating & Air Condition. Is there a 30 character limit? Also, how I got it working was to use double quotes instead of single quotes. The "List /Stuff Assignments" give indication of a single quote however, after I realized Firefox was not showing the Support documents properly, I was able to see more examples from your Support site.
7/18/2017 Topic: DocRecip fails (Evaluation Error) on some values DuraTech	Found the limiting 30 characters in the "internal" tab and expanded to the max of 60. Fortunately Sage 300 ERPs limit is 60 as well! Issue resolved.
5/9/2019 Topic: Highlighting shifts on pdf DuraTech	PrintBoss is shifting the highlighting of text to the right when sending a document through. Everything else appears to line up the same as on the original document. Is there a setting that can be changed to resolve this?
10/17/2019 Topic: PDF document Error: Cannot start PDF Document! DuraTech	I'm getting this error with one user. The other 20 seem to be working. Is the "PDF path" where the Email Temporary Work Folder points to? The user is able to create documents in that folder. Is there another location for "PDF Path"?
