Hello,
I have a client that has a printer with the ability to staple the multiple pages, this works fine until we try to print multiple pages through the Print Boss program. Has this been setup before, and if so what settings do I need to change to enable? They are currently running through terminal server and are using Sage 300 ERP, the printing through print boss is for their invoices and work orders. Thanks!

Hello,
I need to know if it is possible to assign a watermark on a PrintBoss Form, or does it need to be done on the Crystal Report? Thanks!

Is there any way to have this watermark only show with certain conditions? Is there a suppress command I can use? Or will that have to be done through Crystal Reports?

I am trying to get the DocDate variable to be part of the PDF name, however it does not seem to be working, I cannot figure out how to get the Variable to work in the PDF file, here is the command I am using to rename: #Assign EmailPDFAlias, "Invoice {DocDate}" but it does not show the date, it just prints Invoice {DocDate}.pdf instead. |

So if I set the pre-process assignment to special I can then have both on Runtime Objects? Or is it just better to move the Assign EmailPDFAlias to the footer objects? Thanks for the help as well. |

Trigger not showing on report in Print Preview

Hello,
I am setting up and OE Invoice report to be emailed, and have copied over the trigger and formula fields from the default PrintBoss Spec. However when I go and hit print in Sage ERP 2012 the preview comes up and there is no trigger on the report. I ensured it is showing on the report in Crystal, is not overlapping any other fields, has enough room to display all information, and none of the PrintBoss formulas are showing an error. Any direction on how to get this trigger to show up would be great. We are using Crystal 2011, and PrintBoss Version 5.72.2. Other reports are working and have been set up the same way, Thanks. |

Thanks for the reply Paula, I have done this and have the same issue. I only recreated the trigger, should I recreate all PrintBoss formulas on the report? Thanks! |

Hello,
We have a client running Sage 50 and Sage 300 ERP on the same environment. They would like to use their 1 copy of PrintBoss to print cheques from both software programs. Is this possible? If so how would we do the setup to make this possible? Thanks! |

Hi, we upgraded a client to the newest version of PrintBoss to work with Sage 2014. However now they need to print to preview in order to get PrintBoss to launch. If they print directly to the printboss printer nothing happens. Is this a known issue? |

I was doing some testing today and I confirmed that it works on a test machine I have setup. However we are still having the issue on the clients site. Please any information on this would be helpful

We did some more testing, and this issue occurs within multiple modules in Sage, however works in the AR module in Sage. Is anyone able to provide suggestions? |

Usually what I have seen for this is that the computer is set to a different date format than PrintBoss. Ensure the computer you are printing from has the correct date format of MM/DD/YYYY. I had this happen twice and the workstations were set to DD/MM/YYYY, once changed they worked fine. |

I do have a question about this old topic. With Office 365 accounts, if they have Outlook installed locally (365 version) and we point PrintBoss to email through outlook, that should work? |
