Topic:
PositivePay files stopped saving to a mapped drive

Kathy
Our AP clerk has been successfully printing AP checks using PrintBoss for many months, with the Positive Pay file and log file saving to a network drive that is mapped on her machine. A month or more ago, the Positive Pay file and the Positive Pay log file stopped saving to the mapped network drive. They default to the drive on the PrintBoss server where the check file is dropped from our administrative system for PrintBoss to pick up.
The destination of the forms in PrintBoss has not changed
The AP clerk still can access the mapped drive from Windows on her machine. We know of no changes to her computer configuration.
Do you have any suggestions of how to fix this or where to look for the solution?

Work File Listing Report - can it be changed?

Kathy
Can we change the format of the Work File Listing printed report? Our users say the Recipient field is not big enough to give us enough information. For our particular needs, we could gain space by reducing some of the other fields like the Batch Date/Time and Doc Date/Time, the printed form and the Bank (we always use the same bank). In the meantime, we may be able to use the log file to meet their needs.

Work File Listing Report - can it be changed?

Kathy, neither the Work File Listing report or the Form Log report can be changed. What other client have done is to use the Positive Pay feature to create their own text or .csv file for each batch of documents sent to PrintBoss. These files can be over-written or appended to when new batches are printed. Please see the Positive Pay Training Note for additional information.

Thank you, Nancy.
