1/30/2014 Topic: Work file locations RFann	When is the trigger thrown to create a workfile? I have a client that gets no errors when she goes through the process of creating the checkbatch but when she logs in to look at the work file it isn't created. There is just a work file from 2 weeks ago. She is logging into PrintBoss as a different user than her windows user.

8/2/2017 Topic: Mapi version error when starting PrintBoss RFann	Is there a way to remove the error message that pops up saying the Office 64bit is not supported when starting PrintBoss? We will not be using PB to email anything but having a message pop up every time we start PB is causing issues with the users.
