I have a client who prints/emails payroll advices through Sage 300. The client recently opened an archive of one advice that had the wrong pdf attachment. They believe the correct attachment was sent during the check run but this is a review of the archive several weeks later. Does this make sense or was there more likely an issue right from generation. Note: the attachment name and password are dynamically set during processing so the mismatch is obvious.

Just speaking to a client today with this issue. I'm told Microsoft has possibly adjusted their spam limit calculations and now it's flagging as spam more regularly by hitting the emails per minute limit.

We have recently moved a client to a new server environment. Upgraded Sage 300 to v2021 PU1 and refreshed printboss to the latest update.
Environment is 2 RDS servers using Server 2019. Printing from Sage 300 directly to the Printboss 50 driver never triggers printboss nor does anything hit the work file. Printing to preview and then printing from the crystal preview screen to printboss works successfully. Any suggestions on what to look at? We have given full rights to the local transfer folders under programdata on both servers.

The same issue has occurred for this client recently. Did you come up with a resolution. They have not upgraded since 2016 so hoping this has been resolved.

Multiple customers are experiencing issues after a print job is completed with mixture of print to printer and email copies where it pops up the Transfer Records screen and just freezes at the end.
We had to turn off auto archive to resolve.

Unfortunately both the two clients currently experiencing the issue were in need of completing their processing so we changed their settings to delete at start of batch. If possible we can test this again be changing settings back after their month end processing.

The latest notification from Microsoft seems to suggest App Passwords will be stopped along with the deprecation of basic authentication.
This may mean O365 will not be available for Printboss smtp use where MFA is required - unless you have changed your stance on support for it.
