Hi, I am having issues with employees not being able to open the PDF vouchers that are sent out via email. Recently IT (here) installed an Adobe update. Could this have any relation to the issue? Please help! Thank you.

Hi, they are supposed to be prompted for a password, however, it doesn't take them to that step. Its as if it never loads. Yes, they can open other PDF files. I did look and found that In the "properties" in Security tab, the PDF pay voucher says it can be opened with Acrobat 3.0 or later. See below. But with the other PDF that was able to open , it says it can be open with ALL versions. See below. Hopefully this helps. Let me know please. Thanks, Shannon Smith
