Recommend renaming the PrintBoss form and importing a new one to test to see if you get the same result. The import function is under PrintBoss Utilities, Install Modules, Import Files. It sounds like you tried to use the same check form for Hand Checks as 'regular' checks. These Hand Checks use completely different forms. If you have a service contract, we'd be happy to walk through this with you online.

Print Boss Prints 2 Checks with different Check #s (IE: 1001 & 1002)
Ever since I started to create a hand check (which I deleted as I do Middle stub checks) -- every time I print a check from Quick Books I get two with sequential #s from Print Boss with the count showing 2. Quick Books only puts one in the register. When I tried to print a hand check I did want two.
How do I fix?
