No, 64-bit Outlook is not compatible with PrintBoss at this time. It is compatible with 32-bit Outlook

Our version of office has been updated to 2013 64-bit. Since moving from 32-bit Outlook to 64-bit Outlook we receive a MAPI Subsystem error message when trying to email dd advices. Is PrintBoss compatible with Oulook 2013 64-bit?
