Thanks, Paula. I changed the Authentication method and I was able to enter my username/password.
However, I’m having problems setting up my POP3 information. It keeps on giving me this error:



I tried another email address and the same error message.
Any idea?

For email settings, please remember to change the Authentication method from Simple to Default to activate the username and password fields.
