We have posted a PrintBoss update that helps alleviate this issue caused by a recent Microsoft update.
Please update your PrintBoss software as soon as possible to version 6.01.5.

The error code I got was "riser error". And I cannot print cheques. Or it will not print the whole batch. If I turn my computer off and then reprint it works.
