We are having this issue every third time printing (which is very strange). We have been using this without problem for years now with our Sage 300 ERP system and this began suddenly for a user after a windows update on her workstation. The printer is a network printer and nothing has been changed driverwise with it. Any ideas where I can look to troubleshoot this?
