This is a Sage 300 CRE error, not a PrintBoss error. You may want to ask Sage this question.

When Printing Cheques from Sage 300 CRE I get the above message and nothing prints. Where do I need to make sure I have permissions to when printing cheques? It is only happening to one user on one workstation
