We have posted a PrintBoss update that helps alleviate this issue caused by a recent Microsoft update.
Please update your PrintBoss software as soon as possible to version 6.01.5.

I receive the following error about half of the time I try printing checks: "The application has encountered an error. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Printer is not currently printing." It showed up the first time about a month ago, but just once. Now it is happening at least 3-4 times a day (I print checks from multiple QB files, and it will print fine for a couple of them and then give this error on a few.) I go back into QB, reprint the check(s), PrintBoss restarts, and it always prints the 2nd time (so far). Can you tell me what is happening and how to troubleshoot it?
