Skipping cheques is normally a printer issue. One way to solve the issue is to open the printer queue for the HP printer and verify the number of cheques received by the printer. Once the data is received, the printer may have trouble processing the data due to printer memory or some other issue. PrintBoss has the capability to set a limit to the number of documents in the batch to make it easier for the printer to process. Please contact our technical support group by phone for assistance in adjusting the batch size to help the printer.

Hi all, hoping you can help me a little with a problem we've been having.

We're printing with Printboss from Accpac in a terminal server (2008 r2) setting. The printer is an HP 4350, using PCL5e drivers. Currently, after a batch is sent to the printer and begins to print, we will randomly start to get blank pages and the last bit of the cheque run won't go through. This morning it was after 10 of 12 cheques, but the number vaires. Some weeks it's 6 of 14. Half of the pages are completely blank, the others have small lettering on top, almost as though control codes are being printed rather than used.

Reinstalling printer drivers yields nothing. Is there possibly a patch we're missing?
