Yes I understand that. But if PrintBoss was a 64-bit application it would be able to communicate to Microsoft Office 64-bit. So my question is when will PrintBoss offers a 64-bit version?

Microsoft hosts MS Office on a site called Office 365. On this site, MS Office is installed as 64-bit and is not compatible with the MAPI call used by PrintBoss for sending e-mail. Furthermore, the site requires encryption to use the SMTP address. PrintBoss does not encrypt e-mail files. Therefore, PrintBoss cannot be used to e-mail documents with Office 365.

There is a known issue when using the 64-bit version of Microsoft Office and Windows 7. Microsoft does not allow communication between any 32 bit application, which PrintBoss is, and its 64-bit version of Office. This affects all software products, not just PrintBoss.
To make sure you do not lose the ability to use Microsoft Office for emailing documents be sure to install the 32-bit version of Microsoft Office instead of the 64-bit version.

Hello we have one pc getting "The MAPI Error" trying to setup to email via Outlook 2010. It's a Windows 7 64 bit pc. Their exchange policy doesn't allow relays. Does anyone have any suggestions to check for "The MAPI Error"? Thank you.
