The variable {EmailAttachments} allows PrintBoss Enterprise users to define attachments to an e-mail copy of the PrintBoss document.

All versions of PrintBoss have e-mail capability. When a copy is set to 'e-mail' as the printer type, a PDF of the document is created and sent. PrintBoss Enterprise allows you to add other documents as attachements to the e-mail. The additional PDF attachments are entered on one of the Objects tabs to the Form Editor with an assignment command. Variables may be used. Two examples of the syntax for this assignment are:

#Assign EmailAttachments, "L:\Legal\Invoicing\Payment Requirements.doc"
#Assign EmailAttachments, "S:\Customers\{DocRecip}\Terms.xls"

Currently, when you have a two page document and are combining e-mails to the same address to a single email, PrintBoss is attaching two copies of the attachment. This only happens when combining a multiple page to the same e-mail address. We have identified a fix so that only one attachement is added. It will be included in the next release.
