Please enter a service request so we can connect to your PC and troubleshoot.
It may be that permissions to the spool folder need to be set to Full Control.
The spool folder is typically in C:\programdata\Wellspring

I rebooted both PCs and still I get the same message.

I replaced an old windows 8.1 workstation pc with a windows 10. PrintBoss is housed on a different workstation. Now when I try to add PrintBoss40a as a printer, there's nothing. So I go to the PrintBoss50 folder and add the printer. I try to print but I get the following message:
"It seems there are insufficient rights to the PrintBoss 50 spool folder. Batch being ignored. The Print Spooler may need to be restarted." What should I do?
