The e-mailing features of PrintBoss are available with the Standard and Enterprised Editions. There are two ways to transfer the custom address to PrintBoss for processing:
1. Place the e-mail address on the invoice. PrintBoss will read the e-mail address and send the document. Printing the e-mail address on the customer's copy is optional.
2. Use the PayeeList function in PrintBoss to manage your e-mail address list. PrintBoss will automatically send the e-mail based on the document's recipient.
PrintBoss will automatically process your e-mail copy or print a copy depending if there is an e-mail address for the recipient. There are a couple of documents you can review that describe the process:

Can you easily email invoices from SIMPLY using Printboss? I want to process a batch of about 350 invoices. Some customers have their invoice printed, some have their invoice emailed.
What steps do I need to do to accomplish this?
