This is not an elegant solution, but it would work. Load PrintBoss on both the Accpac workstation and the networked workstation. Print the Accpac documents to PrintBoss on the Accpac workstation. The PrintBoss form would be set to batch print, or if multiple print types, the email copies would be set to batch print. Then copy the correct PrintBoss Work file to a USB to transport the file to the networked workstation. The Work file would be imported to the Work file on the networked workstation, then user would open PrintBoss and execute the print job.

I have a client who wants to email their employees' pay advices from Sage 300 (Accpac) Canadian Payroll v 6.0. They do not have internet/email access from the workstation that runs their Sage and their Sage network is not connected to the internet. They have to log onto another workstation and another network to access the internet and their Outlook. Would they still be able to use the Print Boss program to email the advices given this scenario and, if so, how? edited by Nancy on 5/3/2012 edited by Nancy on 7/10/2012
