Error Messages

Hello,
I have 3 users that are supposed to access Print Boss, and I have granted all 3 the same access rights to the Print Boss folder. One user can print checks just fine, but the other two users receive the following error:
SDE Error: 1800
File open error: [path]\PRINTBOSS\BANKS.PBB
OS Error Code: 5
File Locked or Secured
Can anyone help resolve this?
