As described, nothing within PrintBoss should be slowing your processing. You might try breaking the process down into smaller pieces to see where the slow down is occurring. First set the PrintBoss form to print in Batch mode; print the Accpac report to preview; then send it to PrintBoss; then manually print the document from the Work file. By doing this you should be able to see where the process is slowing.

Slow check printing from accpac version 6, client is windows 7 64-bit , takes up to an hour to print checks. Work fine for several months previously.
