Either PrintBoss (standard edition) or PrintBoss Enterprise have e-mail functions.
Here are a couple of additional features PrintBoss Enterprise has with regard to e-mailing documents.
1. PrintBoss Enterprise will combine multiple page payslips to a single e-mail with two attachments, while standard PrintBoss will send two e-mails with one attachment each to the employee.
2. With PrintBoss Enterprise, additional attachments can be sent along with the payslips. For example an annoucement of new benefits or change in benefits could be sent along with the payslip in the same e-mail.
3. Microsoft Outlook can be used to manage the e-mail process.
4. With PrintBoss Enterprise, the name of the e-mail attachment can be changed to include the current date, or document number.
5. PrintBoss Enterprise allows you to password protect the PDF attachment with a unique password for each employee.

I'd like to use printBoss to send out Payslips via email.
The email address needs to be capture from the payslip and send to the recipient.
Which version of PrintBoss do I require which includes these features?
