Since PrintBoss opens w/out Admin and prints w/Admin, the issue appears to be permissions on the {ComAppData} folder. This folder is defined by the operating system. In Windows 7, the location is C:\ProgramData\Wellspring. The 'Users' account needs to have Full Control.

Hey there, this is similar to Brian's posts in this subforum about the PB application launching but not printing. For whatever reason the users on my network cannot print to the PrintBoss 50 driver (port is set to NUL: and driver settngs are set to transfer files to {ComAppData}\...\Transfer {WinUserName} so that is not the problem). The PrintBoss master application starts up but nothing gets sent to the printer. But the admin can print to printboss just fine. Any clue why this might be the case? Thank you!
