Any LaserJet printer should be compatible with PrintBoss. We recommend a PCL5e or PCL6 printer driver be installed. There are a couple of areas you can verify to see where the process is breaking down. First, open the PrintBoss transfer folder for this users. Can you see the print job transfer through? Next, open the PrintBoss work file for this user. Did the documents process through to the Work file? Also verify that the PrintBoss form is set to 'Immediate' on the Form\Editor\Multi-parts & Printers tab. And finally, verify you can send a test page as that user from that printer.

Is the HP LaserJet M1217nfw NFP compatible with PrintBoss? MICR Toner is available for this model, but I cannot get PrintBoss to work with this printer.
