{MyDocuments} as a Transfer file location

In PrintBoss version 5.7.3.try/except blocks were added around the MyDocuments folder functions to skip the errors that appeared when the MyDocuments folder was not assigned on the system. PrintBoss will now continue and ignore the errors.

If {MyDocuments\...\Transfer} is set to the Transfer file location, PrintBoss freezes when {MyDocuments} does not exist, such as when a company uses redirected desktops or {MyDocuments} folders. This is because PrintBoss tries to resolve the location when it opens, even if it is not using the path. The fix will be included in the next release of PrintBoss (5.73.1).
