With recent installs of PrintBoss, several clients report that the PrintBoss printer driver is loading to the LPT1 port. This will not work. Documents will continue to go to PrintBoss, but never print. The PrintBoss printer driver must be on the NUL: port.

If the PrintBoss driver loads to LPT1, first clear the documents out of the printer. Then go to the workstations Printers & Devices list, right click on the PrintBoss driver and go to Printer Properties. Scroll down to the NUL: port and click 'Apply.' Next, go to Control Panel/ Administrative Tools/ Services and 'stop' and 'restart' the Print Spooler service.
