Most likely anti-virus software is holding open the form file for pre-read, then releases the file and it processes. I suggest that you adjust the Virus Scanner Allowances on the PrintBoss Options, Configuration, Legacy tab. Check the box "Alternate Workfile Delete Metod.' and Increase the 'Millisecond Wait for Files to Open." Start with 500 and increase from there if need be.

I have modified one of our form files to include a Positive Pay copy. When printing the checks I received the following error message
"Unable to open form file ""
The form file is pulled from the first record. It isn't necessary if you select to "delete records" and "Include All".
However, the printing checks and the positive pay file created okay. Why the error message?
