Thanks for the suggestion. We'll be posting an updated Manual soon with clarification between printing batches of documents and setting the print time to 'Batch.'

Thanks, will make the appropriate changes in Misc. Settings. Might be a good idea to change the commentary in the manual. Thanks again Nancy Joe

No, you can have the print time set to 'Immediate.'

Yes, we have the Enterprise edition. From what I read, was that the combinaton only works if you print to batch and not immediate.

Combining multiple pages to a single email is a feature of PrintBoss Enterprise. Do you have Enterprise software? The second thing to check is in the E-mail Settings. On the Misc. Settings tab there is a drop down to choose one of three options for combining pages. They are: 1. Never combine 2. Email address is same as prior page 3. Same Email address AND same DocNo

We are running into an issue where each page of a multipage invoice is being sent as a separate email, as opposed to one email with the full invoice. We are using Sage 300 (Accpac 6.0) and not sending the invoices as a batch, but immediately. I am attaching a copy of the Crystal Report form. Did I pit the PB commands in the wrong place?
Thanks
