From the description of your issue, it seems like the capture ranges are off in the form. The first line is higher on the page than PrintBoss is expecting. If you have a Service Contract, you can call in and we can fix that for you. If you do not have a service contract you can view the check in PrintBoss, then right-click and choose the option 'View Raw Capture.' Then adjust the region move in the form to capture the top line.

When I print checks the stub that goes with the check is not printing the invoice information. On the stub that I keep for my files it is skipping the first line and is printing over the other lines in a larger font.
