I can think of two possibilites.
1. All users are not pointing to the same copy of PrintBoss. If you have changed the location of PrintBoss, you need to run PrintBoss\setup.exe as a workstation install for each user to the new location.
2. The GP report used is an older report that has a PrintBoss trigger in it which indicates to PrintBoss which form to use. The trigger will over-ride the Request List entry.

Hi
My client successfully has migrated PrintBoss to a hosted Citrix Client environment that included and upgrade to GP2013. PrintBoss is working but migrating from a multi-client config to a single client requires us to re-map forms for activation. My question is that when I make a change on the Citrix client in Options/Forms/Bank Request list Manager should not all changes be seen across all Users profiles on this client? This does not appear to be the case.
Please direct.
