Normally the same PrintBoss form would be used for multiple banks, so I'm not understanding the need for multiple forms. That said, it seems like you have reviewed the three areas that can effect the printing of the MICR line: the toner, the printer settings and the 'boldness' setting of the MICR line in PrintBoss. I would suggest testing the original form with all three new bank accounts. You can do this by running PrintBoss and going to Edit, then Form Files. Click on the form, then use the drop down at the bottom of the list to choose the bank. Now click on View or Print to see the MICR line. You can print copies of the check from here.

Thank you, we will try that. The need for multiple forms is because different information is needed on each form, i.e. type of account. It is necessary for our set up. Thanks for your assistance.

We have had one Print Boss Form approved by the bank. I created additional forms that use a different bank account by copying from the original form and only changing the necessary data, including the account number. We have submitted several tests to the bank and they have been rejected each time on all 3 of the new forms. The first few times were because of low signal level on the MICR line. The same torner cartridge was used for the previously approved form. We are using the same printer, same computer, same check stock, same print settings. The only difference is the account number. We have bolded the MICR line which increased the signal level, but now they are unable to read some of the characters. We just recently resubmitted the original form to see if it would still pass, which it did. Are there any other settings within Print Boss that would affect how the MICR line prints from one form to another?
