I have some questions for you. When you send a test email are you manually attaching a copy of the PDF? It won't be created automatically from the test screen. The copy that is ending up in the junk mail folder, is it an external recipient or internal copy?

One suggestion would be to use a feature in PrintBoss Enterprise that allows you to rename the PDF to something the email filters will allow and recipients can more readily identify.

I have a client using the email functionality within PrintBoss (NOT through Outlook) for distribution of their payroll advices. When we send a test message, everything works as expected. When we send through a live email with the PDF attachment, the email is routed directly to their junk folder. Outlook states that it is due to the PDF attachment, yet their network support person assures me that there is no filter in place (Exchange Server). Has this been reported before and if so, how was it resolved? Thanks!
