QuickBooks Online will create a PDF file using Adobe. When printing to PrintBoss from Adobe, verify your settings:
PRINTBOSS 50 PRINTER DRIVER
ADOBE READER 6 AND GREATER PRINTING OPTIONS:
PAGE SCALING = NONE
AUTO-ROTATE AND CENTER = UNCHECKED
ADVANCED PRINT AS IMAGE = UNCHECKED

I'm also having a similar problem. PB32.EXE starts but nothing else happens. Form is blank and Bank is UNKNOWN.
I'm using Windows 7. IE 11. PrintBoss 5.73.5. 1/8/2014
In PrintBoss, I didn't change anything for QuickBooks Online. I've kept the same options that I use for QuickBooks Desktop.
Do I need a different version of PrintBoss?

I'm trying to print checks from QuickBooks online. All of my bank info is set up however the checks keep printing to the form "UNKNOWN" which is blank. I need to print on QB_CHK4T but can't figure out where to set this as the default. It's not being detected from QuickBooks Online. Please help!
